Had a great time with friends! Our Junior Suite was spacious and clean. We enjoyed relaxing at the beautiful garden and pool. The restaurant was a charming spot for meals. Don't miss the nearby Mercado for local delicacies and Centro De Documentacion Historica for some culture. Definitely a place to unwind!

The check-in process took longer than expected, which was tiring after our trip. It’s something the hotel needs to work on.

During my stay, I was thrilled with the very spacious room and the wonderful spa that was worth every peso—truly a relaxing experience! Being just a 10-minute walk from popular spots like the Mercado and Centro De Documentacion Historica Exconvento De Tepoztlan made exploring Tepoztlan easy and enjoyable.

The pool area offered a serene escape, perfect for relaxation. However, the check-in process was frustrating and slow.

The hotel's layout requires navigating noisy streets!!! The walk to town lacks proper lighting and pathways. A better milk selection for coffee would be nice!!! The rooftop bar was closed during my stay, which was disappointing!!!

Enjoying the top-notch fish dishes in the restaurant complemented the lovely garden views, making every meal special. While the relaxation was enjoyable, the hotel's location posed challenges with unlit pathways to town at night, which could be concerning for late returns. Additionally, a quicker check-in process would have made the stay even more pleasant.
